Talking about the Consumer Conversation Model

With the help of Denny Bros multi-page labels, creative marketing agency Brass has worked with the vitamins giant, Seven Seas, to design and deliver a Winter/Spring season on-pack promotion for its leading range of high quality supplements to help maintain supple and flexible joints.

The offer was communicated on-pack using a distinctive six-paged Fix-a-Form, from Denny Bros, which was designed to fit neatly on the various products in the Jointcare range without compromising the existing pack copy. With all 7 packs having similar but diverse graphics, this proved to be something of a challenge.

The Fix-a-Forms are made up from a disc-based label combined with a host panel which features the freelesson.jointcare.com website address for instant access to online details. Seven Seas, a Merck Company, are giving away free golf, dance and yoga lessons worth up to £25 to customers who purchase one of its specialist range of Jointcare products. Designed for people of all ages and abilities, this added value promotion allows Seven Seas customers to try something new and pursue an active lifestyle.

Explaining the rationale behind the promotion, Paul McGann, Director at Brass said: ‘Denny Bros supported us with the production of this ingenious Fix-a-Form that fits the most impactful safe-area that was common to all packs.’

‘Over 40,000 Fix-a-Forms were produced for this exclusive giveaway for Tesco. They were supplied on small reels and distributed around the UK for in-store application by regional merchandisers. The offer is highly visible on-shelf and we are heartened with the response so far. People are obviously tempted by the free lessons and this will help to encourage product trial and enhance brand value.’

‘Denny Bros helped us to us to deliver this promotion smoothly and in quick-time to enable us to respond to the window of opportunity for this seasonal offer.’
