A major challenge for our network of Fix-a-Form® leaflet label manufacturers is producing leaflet labels that will be applied to small round containers with a tight curvature. This type of product is most commonly found within the pharmaceutical industry especially on clinical trial products.

What’s the solution? The most common solution is to use a Kleer-Format™ construction. This can be supplied in either a concertina style leaflet for single use or a booklet style for repeat reference. The patented construction includes an over-hanging portion of laminate that adheres directly onto the host container, typically with an extended ‘easi-lift’ tab for ease of access.

This solution is perfectly suited to small product containers as the leaflet label may be wrapped around the product one or more tabs whilst adhering onto itself. Fix-a-Form leaflet labels can be supplied with 60+ pages and include a variety of additional features such as batch codes, lot numbers, 2D codes, sequential numbering and much more!
